Rooted in intuitive eating and Mediterranean lifestyle principles, this experience weaves together live coaching, recorded tools, and seasonal self-guided practices to help you:

  • Feel steady, sustained energy (not just in the morning)

  • Make confident food choices — without guilt or rigid rules

  • Support stress, sleep, and hormone health through sustainable structure

  • Reduce overwhelm and decision fatigue with monthly planning tools

  • Build confidence inside a supportive community of women who truly “get it”

We’ll begin with a 30-Day Nutrition Boost — a reset to simplify meals and restore energy — then continue with a rhythm of expert sessions, meal templates, and curated wellness challenges across the year.

Founding members will also receive access to my personalized meal planning tool, normally reserved for private clients. A few early joiners may also receive a complimentary 1:1 Nutrition Power Hour.

Investment:

$3,333/year or $333/month (3-month commitment to get started)
