Ever since I can remember, I have been passionate about eating well and living well. Fueled by my ambition to be of service to others and inspired by my French and Italian heritage (especially my late grandmother who lived gracefully to age 100), it’s my mission in life to continue empowering and inspiring individuals like you with practical insight and highly personalized guidance so that you end dieting, make peace with food and achieve radiant health naturally!
After enjoying a career in the multimedia industry (including a short stint at a local TV station!) — I ultimately made a major career change to follow my calling and life’s purpose to be of service to others within the health and wellness space.
Now with 20+ years of experience as a health pro, I have served thousands of people throughout my career ranging from community event planner for UTMB Galveston, research director for a UT School of Public Health multi-million-dollar project, to corporate wellness dietitian for one of Houston’s largest hospital systems.
In 2021, I launched my long-envisioned private practice! Nutrition Sessions LLC offers private coaching, group programs, and retreat-style events with the flexible structure you’re craving for personalized solutions that fit your individual goals and lifestyle. I help you stress less about eating! Together we build your food confidence so you're better able to manage factors blocking your route to optimal health.
As a first-generation American, I was the first person in my family to complete college and pursue higher education and certifications. I've been credentialed as a Registered Dietitian for 12 years.
Inspired by my “health nut” mom (way before that was "cool"), restauranteur grandfathers, and beloved grandmother who lived fully and gracefully to age 100, my passion is to support you in living your most nutritious life!
