Allow Yourself to Imagine...

Imagine leaving behind the pace of everyday life and arriving at a peaceful, charming farm nestled in the Texas Hill Country. You step out of your car, take a deep breath, and immediately notice something different.

The air feels a little lighter. The pace slows. There is nowhere you need to rush — no errands to run, no meals to prepare, no constant stream of notifications competing for your attention.

Instead, you're welcomed into a thoughtfully planned day with space for learning, good food, movement, reflection, and connection designed to support your well-being. You'll gather with a small group of women who, like you, are choosing to step away from the demands of everyday life for a few intentional hours.

You'll learn. You'll laugh. You'll breathe a little deeper. And perhaps, for the first time in a while, you'll have the space to simply notice.

You'll return home with practical ideas you can use right away, renewed perspective, and a clearer sense of what deserves your attention in this season of life.

"Remember how nourishing silence can be."

This is the heart of Rooted & Renewed.

A Letter to the Woman Who's Been Holding Everything Together

If you're anything like many of the women I work with, you're doing your best to care for everyone else while trying to take care of yourself, too. Your calendar is full. Life feels busy.

Maybe you've noticed changes in your energy, sleep, mood, digestion, or weight. Perhaps changes related to perimenopause or midlife have you wondering why your body seems to be responding differently than it did a decade ago.

You've read articles. Listened to podcasts. Saved recipes. Purchased books.

You know a lot. But knowing and doing aren't always the same thing.

All that information can only take us so far without the time and space to slow down and decide what truly deserves our attention.

Rooted & Renewed was created for women who are ready to step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and experience healthy living rather than simply read about it.

Why This Retreat Exists

As a registered dietitian, I spend my days helping women make sense of the many messages they're hearing about women's health and nutrition. Most women don't need another list of things they "should" be doing — they need the opportunity to pause, ask better questions, and reconnect with what feels sustainable.

That's why this retreat isn't built around lectures or information overload. Every part of the day has been intentionally designed to create space for learning, conversation, reflection, nourishment, movement, and meaningful connection.
